Schedule
- Fully remote, full-time role
- Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Shift options include:
- Mon–Thu 10:30am–7:00pm CT, Fri 11:00am–7:30pm CT
- Mon–Fri 10:00am–6:30pm CT
- Mon–Wed 10:00am–6:30pm CT, Thu–Fri 10:30am–7:00pm CT
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers during onboarding
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, SMS, and voicemails with compassion and accuracy
- Route inquiries appropriately and provide trusted information about Rippl services
- Partner with engagement, clinical, and care navigation teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Flag issues, contribute to process improvements, and maintain performance metrics
What You Need
- 1+ years in customer service, healthcare, or call center roles
- Comfort with phone systems, EMRs, and scheduling tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA or prior healthcare experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, private workspace
