Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.)
- Standard business hours; flexibility may vary by time zone
- Works cross-functionally with field sales and operations teams
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the key point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth coordination of testing and logistics
- Support the Field Sales team and internal departments to maintain strong patient relationships
- Identify opportunities to nurture and grow ongoing testing schedules
- Manage data and analysis requests and maintain business tools (e.g., Salesforce, QlikView)
- Advocate for patients while driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills; outgoing personality
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a sense of urgency
- Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred
