Real talk
The “weekend shift every week” requirement is the make-or-break. If that’s going to stress your life out, don’t force it. If weekends are doable and you like structured, repeatable work with real human impact, this is a clean fit.
Take action
If you’re applying, tailor your resume to show:
- Medical coordination wins (refills, labs, prior auths, scheduling, fax workflows)
- Any EHR or ticketing/CRM tools you’ve used
- Volume handling (how many patients/messages/tickets per day)
- Remote support experience (multi-channel: phone + email + chat)
