Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Standard shifts include:
- Mon–Fri, 11–8 CT or
- Tues–Sat, 10–7 CT
- Two–week training schedule required: Mon–Fri, 9–6 CT
- Not available in AK, CA, CO, ME, NY, WA, MA, OR, NJ, CT, MN, or Washington DC
Responsibilities
- Guide newly admitted patients through onboarding and benefit understanding
- Place outbound calls/texts/emails to support program enrollment and attendance
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and aftercare planning
- Liaise between families and core departments (Clinical, Billing, Admissions, Utilization Review, Outreach)
- Monitor attendance and proactively address barriers to participation
- Document interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA standards
- Hit performance targets such as scheduling volume, call metrics, resolution speed, enrollment completion, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years in customer or patient support
- Contact-center experience (1–2 years)
- Experience discussing financial or insurance information with clients
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience (1–2 years)
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow HIPAA rules
- U.S. work authorization and fluent English
- Tech-savvy with cloud tools (Slack, G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, EMR)
