Charlie Health provides virtual intensive outpatient mental health care for teens and young adults. Their mission is to remove barriers to treatment and deliver personalized, life-saving support to families nationwide.
Schedule
- Fully remote, full-time
- Set weekly schedule options (Mon–Fri or Tues–Sat) with evening shift availability
- Two-week training required
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients post-admission and complete onboarding steps
- Ensure understanding of insurance benefits and financial agreements
- Schedule and adjust treatment appointments as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
- Identify and resolve attendance barriers proactively
- Communicate aftercare options and help schedule follow-up care
- Document interactions accurately and meet service KPIs (calls, scheduling, satisfaction, resolution times, etc.)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years in customer or patient support roles
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Call center and insurance/financial discussion experience
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Organized, fast-paced multitasker with HIPAA awareness
- Proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, EMR tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent English
