Required availability (choose one shift):
- Mon–Fri 10a–7p MT (11a–8p CT, 12p–9p ET, 9a–6p PT), or
- Tues–Sat 9a–6p MT (10a–7p CT, 11a–8p ET, 8a–5p PT)
Training: 2 weeks, Mon–Fri 8a–5p MT (9a–6p CT, 10a–7p ET, 7a–4p PT)
Not available to candidates in: AK, ME, Washington DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN.
What You’ll Do
- Call, email, and text newly admitted clients to make sure they fully enroll in their treatment plan
- Confirm clients understand insurance benefits and complete financial enrollments
- Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, Clinical) to remove barriers fast
- Manage schedules: schedule and reschedule appointments, keep calendars accurate, prevent missed sessions
- Spot attendance gaps early and proactively outreach to fix the root issue
- Share aftercare resources and help families schedule post-program appointments
- Document everything cleanly and on time
- Adapt quickly as processes shift in a growing org
- Hit KPIs like appointments scheduled, financial agreements completed, daily call volume, resolution rate, time to resolution, aftercare scheduling rate, and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in customer or patient support/success
- 1–2 years using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- 1–2 years using contact center tech
- 1–2 years handling customer financial conversations (health insurance and medical billing knowledge is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and calm under pressure
- HIPAA knowledge
- U.S. work authorization and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Comfortable in cloud tools: Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR
