Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Process patient intake orders and respond to phone/fax inquiries
- Document referral details and assess patient needs for coordination of care
- Provide equipment, supply, and service information to internal teams
- Work with the Insurance Verification team to confirm benefits and coverage
- Communicate insurance details to referral sources and patients
- Explain required billing documentation
- Maintain clear workflow and communication across departments
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 2+ years healthcare experience
- 1+ year with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance terminology and medical benefit knowledge
- Typing 40–50 wpm
- Ability to use multiple screens
- Call center or high-volume support background
- Basic math skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
