As a Patient Care Advocate at CareXM, you will act as an extension of a variety of healthcare facilities, from home health and hospice, to doctor and dental offices, and even hospitals.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, healthcare administrative certificates are helpful.

Personal computer with an Intel or AMD processor (Windows 10/11) or MacBook Apple OSX Ventura, Monterey, Big Sur (No Chrome OS/Chromebook for any employee)
CPU* 2.5 GHz or higher. (No Snapdragon processors)
1.5 GB Available Free Space on Hard Drive (measured on the C:\ Drive)
6 GB RAM or higher
Working Sound output
Webcam (MANDATORY for interview, assessments, IT session & training)
Available USB port (for USB Headset) after Mouse and Keyboard are connected.
Internet hardwired, high-speed internet provided by a cable, DSL, or fiber provider. (Minimum 25mbps download and 5mbps upload hardwired).
Satellite broadband and Cellular (mobile hotspots) are NOT permitted.
The programs for the position will be installed on your personal computer by the CareXM IT team prior to day one of your 3-week PAID training program start date.

Pay: $13 per/hr. ($14 per/hr. for bilingual in English and Spanish).

We offer various FULL-TIME & PART-TIME shifts to choose from with training classes starting soon. Please be prepared to work at least one weekend shift per week and all MAJOR HOLIDAYS which occur on days you’re scheduled to work.

Required qualifications:
6 months of experience answering high volume incoming calls, while delivering and maintaining high quality customer service.
A dedicated secure workspace, with door, where confidential information cannot be heard/shared with non-employees and non-customers.
Basic Computer skills such as data entry and ability to navigate internet, functional knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office (Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Word)
Experience reading and following written protocol provided via computer monitor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak clearly and concisely with a pleasant phone voice. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
Ability to maintain positive and professional work relationships with customers and team members at CareXM.
