- Participation in meetings, conference calls, management sessions, and monthly one-on-one employee check-ins
- Responsible for scheduling oversight and adherence to attendance protocols
What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily operations of Patient Account Representatives, ensuring strong performance in collections, quality, productivity, and aging metrics
- Interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff members
- Review and resolve A/R issues, maintain balanced workloads, reduce rework, and improve overall efficiency
- Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to support employee growth
- Respond promptly to emails, requests, account escalations, and supervisory desk items
- Conduct one-on-one monthly meetings, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients, attending required meetings and training sessions
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4–7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations preferred
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R, UB-04, CPT, ICD-9, and EOB interpretation
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and coach staff toward performance goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
