Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (USA – Pacific Time preferred)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT
- No weekends or holidays
What You’ll Do
- Review billing statements and generate collection reports for delinquent accounts
- Communicate with patients regarding balances, billing concerns, and payment arrangements
- Manage manufacturer co-payment programs and ensure timely claims submission
- Monitor collection agency portal and provide information as needed
- Process adjustments, refunds, and Soleo Assistance applications
- Create patient invoices for missing pumps and track collections
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both patients and internal teams
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ year of medical billing and collections experience
- Knowledge of home infusion therapy billing practices
- Familiarity with HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Strong math, writing, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook (CPR+ experience preferred)
