Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday
- Shift options (Eastern Time): 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, or 10am–7pm
- Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Make and receive consecutive calls in a call center environment
- Collect payments in full or set up payment plans while resolving patient questions
- Document account activity clearly and accurately across systems
- Use assigned client software to manage accounts and workflows
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Handle difficult interactions professionally and de-escalate when needed
- Follow FDCPA, HIPAA, and all applicable laws, policies, and client guidelines
- Support billing department practices and third-party requirements
- Complete other related duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort handling confidential information
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Preferred: 1+ year of healthcare billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience
