Schedule
• Full-time remote
• Standard business hours
• Work closely with clinical and insurance partners
• Lead and support a virtual patient access team


What You’ll Do
• Obtain medical authorizations and insurance approvals for services
• Supervise and mentor Patient Access Specialists
• Verify eligibility, manage performance metrics, and resolve issues
• Conduct weekly team check-ins and monthly one-on-ones


What You Need
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 3–5 years healthcare or medical office experience
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance authorization processes
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
