What You’ll Do
⦁ Conduct audits on program builds across adjudication platforms
⦁ Keep the program database accurate and up-to-date based on business needs
⦁ Aggregate data for patient access program billing and invoicing
⦁ Manage and update program drug lists, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
⦁ Make outbound calls to pharmacies to reprocess claims when needed
⦁ Execute digital outreach campaigns and routine communications
⦁ Coordinate incoming emails from pharmacy partners and internal teams through resolution
⦁ Provide day-to-day operational support to the Patient Access Programs team
⦁ Support special projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma
⦁ 2+ years of experience in healthcare or health systems operations
⦁ Proficiency with Mac, MS Office, and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
⦁ Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
⦁ CRM experience (Salesforce Service Cloud or similar) is a plus
⦁ High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
⦁ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently
⦁ Comfort organizing multiple deadlines, defining problems as they arise, and working through them
⦁ Sound judgment and inclusive, solution-focused decision-making
⦁ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across functions
⦁ Genuine passion for helping people and delivering high-quality results
