⦁ Oversee benefit verification, benefit exploration, and prior authorization performance across physician office and ancillary services

⦁ Communicate performance metrics, transition updates, and operational insights to leadership and stakeholders
⦁ Support training, onboarding, and guidance for team members (including new hires) during growth and transition periods
⦁ Lead through change: optimize processes, troubleshoot breakdowns, and keep patient experience front and center

⦁ Strong experience with benefit verification, prior authorization, patient assistance, or related intake functions
⦁ Infusion revenue cycle experience strongly preferred, especially specialty infusions or physician-administered therapies
⦁ Solid knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, payer coverage policies, and benefit design
⦁ Ability to analyze intake workflows and translate findings into practical, patient-focused improvements
⦁ Strong leadership, communication, and team performance management skills
⦁ Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and active change management
Benefits

⦁ Opportunity to shape processes, scale teams, and improve consistency across a growing network
⦁ Exposure to specialty therapies, payer policy navigation, and patient assistance strategy
Real talk: this role isn’t “manage a queue.” It’s “own the front-end machine.” If you can lead people, tighten workflows, and keep patients moving toward treatment, apply.
Be the reason patients get to “start care” faster.
