We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-obsessed individual to join our growing Partnerships team. As a Partnerships Associate, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing regional relationships with our key industry partners. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop key relationships with staff and real estate agents at local partner offices. 

Reporting to our Senior Partnerships Manager, you will engage with a diverse set of companies in the real estate space to help Luxury Presence generate new business in a meaningful way.  At Luxury Presence we seek out team members who can wear multiple hats and effectively collaborate with various different cross-functional teams to ensure they’re driving these new business initiatives forward. Some of the core responsibilities include proactive and ongoing outreach to regional marketing contacts, hosting regional webinar trainings for staff and/or agents, and conducting regional ‘roadshow’ trips to visit and train key contacts in major markets.

You have:

  • At least 2 years experience in a high value client-facing or relationship management role
  • Passion for developing relationships while delivering an exceptional white glove experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, qualifying you to excel at navigating cross-functional teamwork & communication
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and the ability to prioritize work based on business and operational needs
  • A deep interest or prior experience in the real estate industry managing partnerships
  • The ability to travel, as needed (around 6 times a year)
