About the role:

This role reports to the Director of Partner Relations. The Partner Operational Specialist will act as the operational point of contact for our Limeade strategic service partners and serve as a point of contact for internal teams when new requests and questions arise. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of partnership fundamentals; is able to foster a positive partner relationship while delivering on the mutual needs of the relationship.

This role is open to remote workers in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities:  

The ideal candidate holds effective time management and project management skills and can demonstrate efficiency along with an eagerness to learn. In this role you will wear many hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following:

  • Serve as point of contact for partner onboarding and implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to monitor partner effectiveness and work with key stakeholders on launch readiness for new partners.
  • Support the creation and management of partner documentation within our internal and external systems
  • Respond to routine customer, partner, and internal team requests and support the successful resolution of issues. Serve as escalation point for internal teams including but not limited to Customer Success, Product, Sales, and other Operations teams
  • Work with the Director of Partner Relations to ensure all contractual obligations, guarantees and service commitments are being met, as well as identify risks to the partner achieving their stated business goals
  • Look for opportunities to improve process, templates, and tools to scale partner management and implementation processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
  • 0-3 years’ experience with a SaaS based software solution-based company
  • Excellent and effective communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience solving customer and partner escalations while providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing, high-growth, environment
  • Capacity to get things done quickly with a strong sense of urgency
  • Self-directed, results-oriented attitude with strong project management skills
  • Confidence to interact in a meaningful way across partners
  • Sense of pace and urgency to ensure work is completed within the expected timelines
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively with multiple priorities
