Schedule
- Part-time, remote
- Monday–Friday 9:00am–1:00pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Support patients and partners in Cadence’s remote monitoring program across phone, email, and chat
- Handle incoming inquiries: troubleshoot technical issues, reschedule appointments, and provide timely solutions
- Educate patients on Cadence technology features and benefits so they can use medical devices confidently
- Follow up to confirm resolution, collect feedback, and provide additional help when needed
- Escalate patient concerns to care delivery teams when issues require clinical or specialized support
- Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and contribute to patient engagement and retention efforts
What You Need
- Multi-channel support experience (voice, email, SMS) in a consumer-facing help desk environment
- Experience in a customer-facing healthcare setting (advocacy, health system, insurance) helping patients navigate care
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience supporting Medicare patients
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including asking probing questions
- Prior remote work experience
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Remote patient monitoring experience is a plus
- Positive, feedback-friendly mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
