They’re expanding into a broader privacy suite (VPN, Verified Numbers, and more) with a dry, witty, privacy-savvy tone and a strong preference for smart over loud.
Schedule
Contract, part-time, minimum 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Start date is October 2025. Remote, with preference for Los Angeles-based candidates for occasional on-site shoots when needed. Initial contract is 3 months with potential to extend.
What You’ll Do
- Source, brief, and manage creators to produce performance-ready UGC aligned to Burner’s voice and paid media specs
- Build UGC primarily for Meta ads, while creating a repeatable system for organic TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Test customer-sourced UGC strategies from within the app (ex: prompts/modals inviting happy users to submit content)
- Vet influencer pitches, manage submissions, and deliver multi-round feedback to meet brand and quality standards
- Translate platform-native trends into hooks, scripts, and prompts that feel authentic to Burner
- Develop original short-form series concepts with Brand and freelance talent (ex: privacy hot takes, street interviews)
- Own outreach, contracts, usage rights, timelines, payments, revisions, and coordination end-to-end
- Organize a clean, searchable content library in Notion (briefs, raw files, cutdowns, usage terms)
- Partner with Growth and Paid teams to test creators, formats, and angles, then report learnings back into the system
- Balance brand and performance: keep the tone clever and dry, make it convert, and do not overexplain
What You Need
- Experience producing UGC or managing creator campaigns for performance marketing, especially Meta ads
- Strong instinct for authentic short-form content and a clear anti-cringe filter
- Working familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook formats and trends
- Excellent organization and communication skills (briefing, timelines, feedback loops, asset tracking)
- Comfort managing multiple moving parts across creators, deliverables, and approvals
- Relevant category experience (privacy, tech, dating, gig work, niche apps) is a plus
- A point of view on Burner’s brand and how to express it through UGC
