Hospitality Softnet is a national hotel training firm, with more than 25 years of experience, seeking part-time Mystery Shoppers for hotel reservations departments.
The key requirements for the role:
HOTEL RESERVATIONS background & familiarity with the sales process preferred

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable; able to meet daily and weekly deadlines and respond to all calls and messages within 24 hours
  • Able to adhere to and maintain high quality and professional standards, verbally and written
  • Exceptional writing and proofing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of computers (MS Word, Windows and Email)
  • Home office with a quiet work environment
  • Office set up to include Windows-based computer with MS Word, internet access and telephone for outgoing calls only. (Can use a cell or land line).
  • Regular and reliable daily access to internet and email
  • Although calls may be assigned across all shifts – day, evening and audit -you have the flexibility to work on days that are convenient for you
    needs.

The testing process involves contacting reservation agents from a home office via telephone, followed by a written report, which evaluates the manager’s selling skills. All work is submitted via email.
We supply initial training and ongoing resources to ensure success.
Testers work on a part-time, but consistent year-round basis, while still allowing flexibility with their schedule –allowing them to continue to use their industry skills!
