LNR assignments are an Intelligence gathering report where the shopper uses online codes (when available) and/or calls multiple hotel reservation departments to obtain corporate negotiated pricing.
Teleprospectors LNR Shopper Expectations:
- Set up a Gmail account
- Check email frequently and respond within 12 hours
- Meet assignment deadlines
- Maintain professional communication and courtesy
- Spread out calls over the total days and various shifts for each assignment
- Take written notes while making calls and keep for 90 days.
- Pay close attention to detail as all inputted information should be client ready
- Follow the data entry instructions provided in the training manual
- Notify HSI at least 2 weeks prior to vacation/time off
