- Shift (Central Time): 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions with professionalism
- Identify needs quickly and resolve issues in real time (goal: one-call resolution)
- Explain IID rules, customer responsibilities, and options clearly
- Use tools and resources to provide accurate, complete information
- Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to schedule expectations
- Represent the brand with consistent service quality aligned to company values
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pass training assessments and complete ongoing training
- Strong attendance and the ability to hit quality and efficiency targets
- Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
- Independent, accountable work style
- Strong judgment and critical thinking when applying state regulations and company policies
- Availability for 25–30 hours weekly
