Schedule
- Part-time options:
- Mon–Fri 9:00am–1:00pm CST
- Mon & Tue 6:00am–5:00pm CST
- Required training (full-time for 5 weeks): Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (then you move into the part-time schedule)
Location
Remote, but you must live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple channels
- Manage an assigned caseload while hitting service, productivity, and quality targets
- Track work-in-progress issues and escalate appropriately to meet turnaround times
- Follow standard operating procedures for customer interactions and back-office tasks
- Participate in process improvement work
- Handle PHI and follow operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements
What You Need
- 1+ year in a high-volume or customer-focused role
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Points
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Bilingual Spanish (speak/read/write)
- Experience with accurate data entry
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills
