Schedule
- Part-time: 25–30 hours/week
- Multiple shifts available (Central Time):
- Morning, midday, and evening options ranging from 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM CST
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- Must adhere to schedule and punctuality standards
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Achieve one-call resolution by answering questions and providing clear guidance
- Educate customers on state regulatory requirements related to ignition interlock devices
- Accurately process customer payments and account updates
- Deliver service that reflects Intoxalock’s mission and values in every interaction
What You Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Ability to meet quality, efficiency, and attendance goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Reliable and independent work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
