Schedule
- Part-time, up to 25 hours/week
- Remote (United States)
- Collaboration window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for meetings and team syncs (not a strict schedule)
What You’ll Do
- Support retail (B2B) accounts through phone, email, chat, and/or a ticketing system
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries quickly
- Respond to inquiries within one hour
- Provide pricing, stock availability, and delivery information
- Resolve customer issues and handle questions coming from the sales team
- Follow up on customer satisfaction to maintain strong retail relationships
What You Need
- Health and wellness industry experience (supplements, vitamins, nutraceuticals)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or asynchronous environment
- Self-starter who works well independently or in small groups
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet short timelines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
