What You’ll Do
- Strategize, execute, manage, and optimize a portfolio of paid social ad accounts
- Build clear, goal driven paid social strategies and identify new opportunities for clients
- Own full funnel paid social thinking: platform selection, attribution, measurement, conversion tracking, and creative execution
- Create and test high converting ad copy and campaign structures to improve performance
- Analyze performance, diagnose issues, and justify decisions using strong marketing metrics
- Communicate strategy, results, and recommendations to clients and internal teams (email, calls, presentations)
- Collaborate on funnel design that accounts for LTV and CAC, not just first purchase conversions
- Support execution while knowing when to take ownership vs delegate, and mentor junior teammates
- Stay current on trends and conduct market research to assess social opportunities and competition
- Model JUICE values in how you work and collaborate
What You Need
- 3+ years of paid social experience (Meta required, TikTok a plus)
- Agency experience preferred (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles for online audiences
- Proven skill in creating, testing, and optimizing ad copy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client facing communication
- Makes moves without being asked: proactive, critical thinker
- Genuine interest in growing businesses and driving results
