If you can run paid search end-to-end, not just babysit dashboards, this role is for you. You’ll manage and optimize SEM programs across Google and Bing, deliver sharp reporting tied to real objectives, and prove performance through clean execution. Heads up: this is not an AdOps role, and AdOps-only backgrounds won’t fit.
About CrewBloom
CrewBloom supports client-based teams with remote specialists across marketing, operations, and growth. In this role, you’ll support a client with paid search programs that require strong strategy alignment, hands-on optimization, and reliable reporting. It’s performance-driven work with a high bar for experience.
Schedule
- Full-time, client-based
- Fully remote with a dedicated home office setup required
- Starting rate listed at $7 USD/hour (final rate depends on skills and experience)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Execute paid search programs independently across planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
⦁ Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
⦁ Optimize performance through ongoing keyword testing, ad copy iteration, and landing page recommendations
⦁ Monitor campaigns closely and make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and results
⦁ Deliver accurate, insightful reporting that aligns with client goals and objectives
⦁ Maintain strong alignment to program strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to support planning
⦁ Operate outside of AdOps scope, focusing on paid search execution and optimization (not trafficking or AdOps workflows)
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of experience independently executing paid search programs through all stages
⦁ Experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing (required)
⦁ Strong understanding of SEM mechanics, optimization techniques, and performance measurement
⦁ Experience with the U.S. market
⦁ Fluent English (written and spoken)
⦁ Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with metrics
⦁ Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel
⦁ Preferred: Tableau experience and/or team leadership experience
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM, plus backup device at least i3 level
- Backup equipment functional during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
Benefits
⦁ Inclusive, innovative team culture with growth support
⦁ Opportunities to learn, contribute, and make measurable impact
⦁ Fast-paced environment for performance marketers who like ownership
⦁ Flexibility to work remotely and build your ideal setup
⦁ Better work-life integration with no commute
Real talk: the $7/hr starting rate is the main “read this twice” detail. If you’ve truly got 5+ years and pharma experience, make sure the comp makes sense for you before you invest time.
If the rate works and your background matches, this is a clean scope role for a true SEM operator.
Happy Hunting,
