Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing
- Manage keywords, ad copy, bids, and landing page strategy
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for performance
- Deliver data-driven campaign reporting with insights and recommendations
- Align tactical execution with campaign strategy and client objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support search planning
- Maintain high accuracy and strong attention to detail
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing paid search programs end-to-end
- Strong SEM knowledge and proven optimization skills
- Experience supporting healthcare/pharma campaigns
- Familiarity with US advertising markets
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Skilled in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
- Note: This is not an ad-operations role

- Tableau experience
- Leadership or team-lead experience
