This is a legit sales leadership role, not a “sell all day” phone grind. You’re driving referral growth through partnerships across the DUI ecosystem, coaching a team of Partner Success Managers, and running the territory like a business using CRM and BI dashboards. Big salary, big expectations, and serious travel.

About Mindr / Intoxalock
Mindr and its family of brands (including Intoxalock) provide substance use safety, detection, and monitoring products and services that help keep communities safe. Their flagship offering is ignition interlock devices, with additional products like high-risk insurance referrals (SR-22/FR-44) and an expanding alcohol monitoring solution (Keepr).

Schedule
• Full-time, remote
• Territory: Western U.S.
• Travel: approximately 40–60% (partner visits, field coaching, tradeshows, key meetings)
• Occasional trips to corporate headquarters and national events

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coach a team of Partner Success Managers through weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, and field mentorship
• Drive referral growth for ignition interlock devices (IID) and high-risk insurance referrals (BEZ / SR-22 / FR-44) through partner networks
• Support the expansion strategy for Keepr by identifying partner opportunities and preparing the team for future initiatives
• Oversee disciplined CRM usage (activity logging, funnel management, accurate data entry) and use BI dashboards to guide territory strategy
• Maintain state-level market breakdowns and ensure reps build DUI Journey Maps identifying the strongest referral channels (attorneys, treatment providers, monitoring authorities, etc.)
• Handle escalations for complex partner concerns and collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Marketing, Partner Support, and others
• Review and support campaigns, evaluate results, and help shape event and tradeshow strategy

What You Need
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a management role (outside sales or partnership-driven experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• CRM proficiency (Zoho mentioned as an example) with strong data management and reporting habits
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across a large territory
• Comfort being in the field: partner meetings, events, and travel-heavy weeks

Benefits
• Total target compensation: $140,000/year (base $89K–$90K + $50K OTE commissions)
• Potential 10% annual bonus incentive
• 401(k)
• Health, dental, vision insurance
• Paid holidays and PTO
• Ongoing professional training

Straight talk: the compensation is strong, but 40–60% travel is the price of admission. If you’ve got family responsibilities or you hate airports, this job will chew you up. If you’re built for territory leadership, partner relationships, and you can coach people while juggling data and events, this is a real step up.

Happy Hunting,
