Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm CST
What You’ll Do
- Handle 100+ outbound and inbound member calls daily
- Educate members on program benefits and healthcare services
- Motivate and enroll members into targeted care programs
- Collect member information and triage to nurse team as needed
- Build trust through clear, empathetic communication
- Collaborate with care teams to support coordination
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks
- Meet call quality and performance metrics
What You Need
- 2+ years inside sales experience
- Cold calling experience required
- Call center or high-volume phone environment preferred
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to work across multiple software platforms
- Time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
