What You’ll Do
- Organize and improve outreach and sales tools (TalkDesk, Salesforce, Metabase, etc.) for better usability and consistency
- Maintain and clean up Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data fields to keep everything accurate and relevant
- Maintain and update operational systems and knowledge bases, including training and learning and development materials
- Maintain internal documentation for core systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Complete patient eligibility checks using internal tools and external insurance platforms
- Support Outreach data integrity by ensuring call documentation and enrollment data are captured and reported correctly
- Join meetings and projects to support Sales Excellence and operational execution
- Flex into additional support needs as required, including inbound inquiries or patient outreach help
What You Need
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally call center or sales operations
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable execution and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and outreach enablement tools is a plus
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends as needed
