What You’ll Do
- Build and deepen relationships with clinical partners and referral sources
- Lead meetings with patients, families, and providers to support care access
- Activate new accounts and grow partner engagement
- Represent Charlie Health at virtual presentations and outreach events
- Share insights from the field to inform marketing and product strategy
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, and client success teams
What You Need
- Must live in Central Time Zone
- 2+ years proven experience hitting and exceeding KPIs in a sales environment
- Skilled in cold outreach, rapport-building, and lead generation
- Experience with Salesforce and digital sales tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to influence and educate senior leaders
- Healthcare sales experience a plus
