- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in Pacific, Central, or Mountain time
- Full time hours with clear performance and enrollment targets
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and send texts to patients referred by partner physicians to introduce Cadence and explain the program
- Clearly communicate program details, expected outcomes, responsibilities, and benefits in simple, reassuring language
- Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow up appointments with the Cadence Care team
- Follow an enrollment script for quality and compliance while still sounding natural and human
- Build rapport and trust with seniors and caregivers, handle questions, and address hesitations about joining the program
- Balance high quality conversations with productivity goals and daily enrollment metrics
- Document patient interactions accurately in the required systems and follow all confidentiality standards
What You Need
- Experience working toward performance goals in a fast paced environment (call center, sales, fundraising, outreach, or similar)
- Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, clear phone presence
- Ability to listen, ask smart questions, and walk patients to informed decisions instead of pushing them
- Comfort handling objections and staying patient focused on every call
- High level of professionalism and respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable remote work habits with strong self management and follow through
- Genuine interest in healthcare, elder care, or helping people navigate complex systems
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and ongoing improvement
- Recent college grads and early career professionals strongly encouraged to apply
