- Fully remote within the United States
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Shifts available in Pacific, Central, or Mountain Time
- High-volume outbound calling environment with clear performance expectations
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients referred by partner physicians to explain Cadence’s remote care program
- Clearly communicate program details, benefits, expectations, and patient responsibilities in simple, reassuring language
- Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team
- Build rapport and trust with seniors and their caregivers to support informed enrollment decisions
- Use established call scripts while adapting your tone and approach to connect authentically with each patient
- Balance high-quality, compassionate conversations with meeting productivity and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate notes and patient information in CRM and related systems
- Protect patient privacy by following all confidentiality and compliance expectations
What You Need
- Experience in a healthcare services organization or similar environment with performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, call volume, etc.)
- Prior experience making a high volume of outbound calls (call center, inside sales, enrollment, or outreach role)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Comfort handling questions, concerns, and objections and guiding patients to decisions without pressure or judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, remote environment
- High level of professionalism and respect for patient confidentiality
- Confidence using CRM platforms and basic computer tools
- Genuine passion for patient experience and helping people access better care
