Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Pacific, Central, or Mountain Time zones)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and texts to patients referred by partner physicians.
- Clearly explain program benefits, expected outcomes, and responsibilities to patients.
- Facilitate patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Build rapport and trust to support patient engagement and long-term success.
- Follow scripts while adapting communication to connect authentically.
- Balance quality interactions with productivity goals.
- Document all outreach accurately using CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare services organization with performance accountability.
- Previous high-volume outbound calling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in patient relationship-building and overcoming objections.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Passion for providing excellent patient experiences.
