Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm in Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii-Aleutian time zones
- Contract-to-hire with potential conversion to full-time based on performance
- Outbound call and text outreach to referred patients
What You’ll Do
• Call and text referred patients, explaining the program, benefits, expectations, and value clearly and confidently
• Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team
• Follow approved scripts for quality while adapting your style to connect authentically and overcome objections
What You Need
• Comfort working toward performance goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills plus patient-first problem solving
• Ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality and professionalism
