Schedule
- Contract-to-perm opportunity
- Full-time with weekly quotas for scheduling follow-up appointments
What You’ll Do
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to active members who have completed their first consultation
- Book 55+ follow-up appointments per day to keep members engaged with dietitians
- Use call scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
- Track and manage calls using multiple systems and CRM software
- Address questions and escalate member concerns when needed
- Support a dynamic, start-up style environment with flexibility and adaptability
What You Need
- Personal computer or laptop (Windows 11 with 8GB+ RAM or MacOS 12.7.4+, no Chromebooks)
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling (150+ calls daily)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Independent and adaptable work style in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using automated dialing systems
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Prior healthcare experience or passion for wellness
