As an Outbound Medicaid Sales Coordinator, you will reach out to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid, explain their options in plain language, and guide them through next steps. You get paid training, clear performance targets, and tools to keep you compliant and confident on every call.

⦁ Fully remote within the United States
⦁ Training: 4 days, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
⦁ Production: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
⦁ Expect a mix of weekday and Saturday hours
What You’ll Do
⦁ Take a consultative approach with members, listening and responding instead of hard selling
⦁ Conduct outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid using approved scripts and compliance guidelines
⦁ Verify eligibility by collecting demographic, household, and income details
⦁ Explain Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, documentation requirements, and timelines
⦁ Walk members through applications or direct them to the right resources
⦁ Keep records updated and accurate in CRM or eligibility systems
⦁ Spot barriers like missing documents, confusion, or other issues and either solve them or escalate
⦁ Follow HIPAA and all state and federal rules during every interaction
⦁ Show empathy, patience, and professionalism, especially with vulnerable or underserved populations
⦁ Hit performance goals for call volume, quality, first call resolution, and enrollments
⦁ Log and honor do not contact and opt out requests
What You Need
⦁ At least 1 year of experience in sales, scheduling, or retention with strong objection handling
⦁ Comfortable working with goals and performance metrics
⦁ Strong communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence
⦁ Solid problem solving and decision making skills
⦁ Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep interactions positive
⦁ Openness to feedback and willingness to improve
⦁ Reliable work from home setup where you can focus and be productive
Benefits
⦁ Base pay of 16 dollars per hour
⦁ Bonus potential up to 1.50 dollars per hour based on performance and attendance
