What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to explain Pomelo Care services and available resources through their health plan
- Enroll members and consistently meet KPI-driven enrollment goals
- Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients toward the right support
- Document all outreach activity accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (providers, community organizations) to connect patients to appropriate care and services
- Help families schedule appointments and follow-up care as needed
- Handle inbound calls from potential patients
- Participate in training to stay current on healthcare trends and regulations
What You Need
- Ability to work the set schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm CT)
- Strong, empathetic communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and a monthly bonus program
- Organized, dependable, and strong with time management
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work occasional overtime

This is a performance-driven role with real upside: base pay is $40,000–$50,000, plus uncapped monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings estimated at $70,000–$100,000 based on performance.
