A multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers, Pomelo delivers evidence-based virtual care from early pregnancy through NICU stays and the first postpartum year. The team measures success by real-world impact, including reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections, and maternal mortality.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT
- Fully remote work-from-home role within the United States
- Occasional overtime as needed based on business and patient needs
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to introduce and enroll them into Pomelo Care services
- Clearly explain Pomelo Care’s clinical and social support resources available through patients’ health plans
- Support patients and families by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them on how Pomelo can meet their needs
- Document all outreach and maintain timely, accurate records of calls and enrollment activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and community partners to help patients access appropriate care and services
- Work with families to schedule appointments and follow-up care as needed
- Manage inbound calls from interested or potential patients
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on healthcare trends, tools, and regulations
What You Need
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT
- Strong, empathetic verbal communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport over the phone
- Comfort working toward goals, metrics, and a monthly bonus structure
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote setting
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace for confidential calls
- Passion for improving healthcare and outcomes for pregnant people and babies
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed

- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Background in outreach enrollments, prospecting, or member engagement
- Familiarity with patients enrolled in Medicaid health plans
- Experience working with clear performance targets and conversion goals
Benefits
- Competitive base salary with a starting range of approximately $40,000 to $50,000
- Uncapped performance bonus paid monthly, with on-target earnings typically ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 based on performance
