What You’ll Do
• Build, configure, and optimize inbound and outbound dialer campaigns in Five9 (call flows, scripts, workflows, call lists)
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, analyze trends, and generate reports to drive higher contact rates
• Manage campaign data and templates, call transfer lists, and outbound reporting/analytics
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and clients to gather dialing requirements and recommend improvements
• Create training materials and support agents and internal partners throughout campaign execution
What You Need
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing dialer campaigns in Five9
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and stay productive with repetitive tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and with clients
• Comfort multitasking across systems, tools, and live operational needs
