This is a high volume, outbound heavy role for someone who can stay sharp, stay calm, and stay persuasive all day. You’ll call customers with overdue loan payments, understand what’s really going on, and lock in payment solutions that work for them and for the business.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make high volume outbound calls to customers with delinquent loan payments (150 to 200 daily)
⦁ Negotiate payment arrangements and bring accounts current while following Enova’s required call flow
⦁ Resolve customer concerns around late payments with professionalism and empathy
⦁ Explain overdue payment impact clearly and guide customers toward workable financial resolutions
⦁ Document every interaction, payment plan, and account update accurately in Enova’s system
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of high volume debt collections experience focused on outbound calls and daily call targets
⦁ Strong conflict resolution skills, including active listening and de escalation techniques
⦁ Proven negotiation skills that balance compliance with genuine customer empathy
⦁ Strong remote self management: time management, schedule discipline, multitasking, and attention to detail
⦁ Quick, logical problem solving under pressure
⦁ Knowledge of TCPA and other relevant collections laws and regulations
