What You’ll Do
⦁ Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to customers with delinquent loan payments
⦁ Negotiate payment plans and bring accounts current using Enova’s required call flow
⦁ De-escalate tough conversations and resolve late-payment issues professionally
⦁ Explain consequences of overdue payments and available resolution options clearly
⦁ Document calls, payment plans, and account notes accurately in the system
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of high-volume debt collections experience (specifically outbound) with quota/call targets
⦁ Strong de-escalation, active listening, and conflict resolution skills
⦁ Proven negotiation ability while staying inside policy
⦁ Strong remote self-management: punctuality, focus, multitasking, clean documentation
⦁ Quick problem-solving under pressure
⦁ Knowledge of TCPA and other collections laws/regulations

Backbone note: that “150–200 calls/day” is not a vibe, it’s a grind. If you don’t have recent outbound collections with real dial metrics, this will eat you alive or screen you out. If you do, your resume needs to lead with numbers: daily dials, RPC rate, dollars collected, PTP conversion, cure rate, compliance/QA scores.
