Schedule
- Remote, Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Must have a dedicated quiet home workspace and reliable Wi-Fi
What You’ll Do
- Make 130–150 outbound calls daily to warm and new leads
- Schedule patient appointments using call scripts and CRM tools
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system
- Answer return calls and manage inbound overflow as needed
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment conversion quotas
- Collaborate with clinical staff and hearing care professionals
- Contribute to call center improvement through feedback and support projects
What You Need
- 6+ months of outbound call center or inside sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with fast-paced outbound/inbound calling
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and motivated to meet performance targets
- Professional phone etiquette with resilience to handle objections
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems
