Schedule
- Remote, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
- Must provide a quiet home office environment and reliable WiFi
- Competitive hourly pay: $18/hr + individual and team-based bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Make 130–150 outbound calls daily to assigned warm and new leads
- Schedule patient appointments using approved scripts
- Record and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Handle inbound call overflow and follow-up calls as needed
- Collaborate with clinical staff and hearing care professionals to support patients
- Contribute ideas and assist in projects that improve Contact Center productivity
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months outbound call center or inside sales experience
- Comfortable with high-volume calling in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Target-driven, organized, and able to manage objections effectively
