Schedule
- Required training: 10 paid days, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Call center hours: Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–9 PM CST
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (actual shift assigned at hire)
Responsibilities
- Make ~50 outbound calls per hour (300–400 per day) using an auto dialer.
- Offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations for members.
- Follow approved scripts, handle rebuttals professionally, and ensure members understand services.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments with members and providers as needed.
- Meet daily productivity goals for dials, appointments, attendance, and quality targets.
- Track and monitor performance results using reporting systems.
- Escalate member complaints to managers and follow HIPAA/security guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience required.
- Prior outbound call center or metrics-driven experience strongly preferred.
- Persuasive, courteous communicator with strong rebuttal skills.
- Ability to work on a fixed schedule with start, break, lunch, and end times.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
