NeoWork supports teams by matching them with dedicated remote talent. In this role, you’ll support a healthcare organization in the neurological rehabilitation space, helping patients get scheduled with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads from the CRM
- Hold empathetic, consultative conversations to understand patient needs
- Qualify patients and schedule appointments with the appropriate therapy provider
- Complete intake forms accurately during or after calls
- Track appointments, follow-ups, and outcomes using spreadsheets and trackers
- Follow up consistently to improve show-up and conversion rates
- Hit daily and weekly targets for calls, bookings, and conversions
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, workflows, and patient experience
What You Need
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center work
- Consultative selling ability (guiding conversations, not just reading scripts)
- Excellent spoken English with a warm, professional tone
- Comfort discussing sensitive health-related topics
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets/trackers
- Stamina for 15–20 minute calls while staying engaged and focused
- Results mindset with respect for conversion and show-up metrics
- Willingness to learn basic medical context (neuro conditions, therapy services)
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home setup
