- Evening and/or weekend availability required
- Weekend shifts: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00am–6:00pm
- Virtual interviews: 12/22/25–1/2/26
- Virtual training: 1/13/26–1/23/26 (must be fully available with no interruptions)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Schedule sales appointments via phone calls, texts, and emails
⦁ Make and receive high-volume calls while following scripts and scheduling guidelines
⦁ Route inbound communications to the correct department when needed
⦁ Document every interaction and appointment accurately and clearly
⦁ Maintain productivity and quality standards for the entire shift
What You Need
⦁ Call center or high-volume phone experience and comfort staying on the phones throughout your shift
⦁ Strong multitasking skills (talking while texting, scheduling, and documenting in real time)
⦁ Sharp attention to detail, including accuracy and spelling
⦁ Tech confidence navigating multiple screens and systems
⦁ Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
⦁ Reliable internet and a smartphone
⦁ Excellent attendance and dependability
