Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST (mandatory, on camera)
- After training: shifts may fall between 8am–9pm EST (Mon–Fri) and 9am–3pm EST (Sat)
- Saturday shifts earn an additional $1/hr; shifts ending after 8pm local time earn $2/hr differential
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons
- 100% remote role, but requires a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (hardwired connection)
What You’ll Do
- Place inbound orders from customers, caregivers, and referral sources via phone, fax, and digital platforms
- Provide accurate information on product availability, order status, and issue resolution
- Process both routine and special order requests, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and empathy
- Research order discrepancies, document findings, and move accounts efficiently through the customer journey
- Interpret insurance terminology and explain it clearly to customers
- Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to achieve first-call resolution
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years in a high-volume call center preferred
- Prior remote/work-from-home experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Experience with order placement, customer service, or healthcare industries a plus
- Ability to meet daily call center metrics (average handle time, QA, adherence, etc.)
