BetterUp is looking for an exceptional individual with a keen attention to detail who is mission driven to join our organization as an Order Operations Analyst. You will be a key contributor to the Finance and Revenue operations of a rapidly growing company. This position will review sales orders and customer agreements to ensure they follow our bookings policy and order framework. You will review and validate orders in a timely fashion and escalate and resolve questions promptly. This position will use your attention to detail and your research skills to surface and resolve discrepancies and respond to team questions. What you’ll do:

  • Review and validate customer orders accurately and timely to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, compliance to company booking policies, and meet required SLAs/deadlines
  • Work with Deal Desk, Finance, and Accounting to promote, explain, and enforce booking and order policies across GTM teams while being considerate of business impacts
  • Investigate and escalate if needed on any order or bookings issues with appropriate team members
  • Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Finance to investigate and resolve customer billing issues and disputes
  • Assist with preparation of bookings and renewal reports on a monthly, quarterly, and as needed basis and as part of month and quarter Close activities within the Finance department
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain a best in class order perfection workflow, considerate of our partners, customers and business complexity
  • Respond to order operations inquiries communicating answers clearly and professionally

  • 2-4 years in an order review, deal desk, or accounts receivable related role
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Salesforce and Excel skills are required, with CPQ experience preferred
  • Previous experience in software, SaaS, or technology organization preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent researching and problem-solving skills
  • BS/BA (in Accounting, Finance, Business) preferred
