- Input and maintain opportunity related information in the CRM (SalesForce based system).
- Create and edit reports in the CRM
- Support BD/Capture Managers with day-to-day tasks
- Draft, review and edit various forms of correspondence.
- Works as a cooperative and collaborative member of a high performing team
- Offer quality and timely communications in response to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and other actions.
- Draft, review and edit various forms of correspondence
- The ability to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement operating practices that impact business development
- Carry out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business by virtue of their having to put together reports and presentations that will directly effect what opportunities Cayuse pursues, and the reports will inform senior leaders on the health of the business development pipeline
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of and experience using various computer applications including but not limited to; Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, SharePoint and SalesForce is desired but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
